Three Taza Development Laws Officially Enacted
The Tsuut'ina Development Authority (TDA) is pleased to announce the Tsuut'ina Nation's enactment of three important laws that establish the legal framework governing water, wastewater and stormwater services, waste management, and public health inspections within Taza.
The following laws have been enacted:
Taza Development Public Health Inspection Law
Taza Development Waste Management Law
Taza Development Water, Wastewater, Stormwater Law
All three laws were enacted on November 4, 2026, and came into force on that same date. Together these laws provide the foundation for reliable services, responsible community management, and the continued growth of Taza, supporting Tsuut'ina Nation's long-term vision and priorities.
