Building Permits
Building Permit Applications can now be submitted on-line
When can I apply?
Once a Development Permit is approved or there is one already in place then you may apply for your building permit. When submitting your application, all forms and required documentation must be submitted together to ensure a timely review of your building permit application. Refer to the Building Permit Checklist to assist in completing your application.
What is the Building Permit Process?
The building permit process protects both the owner's interests and those of the Taza community at large. It also helps to ensure that any structural change is safe. Failure to obtain proper permits before starting construction can result in costly delays, legal action and/or the removal of work already completed. Refer to the Building Permit Flow Chart.
